RETURNS POLICY

Here are our policies in regards to returns and refunds. Don't worry, it's pretty simple. Please keep in mind, by using our site and purchasing goods from Gaudi's Games n Goods, you agree with the conditions listed below.



FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS

If you have a problem with a product you have purchased from us, you can ask for a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to take into consideration how much time has passed since the product has been bought, the type of product and how it would be used.

For games/software, we will consider replacement/refund if

  • a major fault is found within 1 month of receiving
  • you contact us within 7 days of finding the fault

For all hardware, we will consider replacement/refund if

  • a major fault is found within 3 months of receiving
  • you contact us within 7 days of finding the fault

Once we are contacted regarding a fault, we will require details of the fault, how the fault may be replicated and possible photos of the issue.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us even if a fault is discovered within a reasonable time frame after the above stated times.

We will require you to return faulty/damaged goods. Please see our conditions on returning goods on the bottom of this page.

WRONG ITEMS

If by some chance we have sent you an item different than to what you have purchased, we will offer to send the correct item to you at no extra cost.

The item must also be unopened, undamaged by your person and we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the goods describing what goods you have received.

We will require you to return wrong items. Please see our conditions on returning goods on the bottom of this page.



IN TRANSIT DAMAGE

We are meticulous about our packaging but if you happen to receive a product that has been damaged in transit, we will offer a full/partial replacement or full/partial refund if contacted within 2 days of receiving the item with photos of the damaged goods.

What do we mean by partial refund/replacement? For example, if you receive a game that has a damaged case. We may refund you the difference to repurchase another case or at our cost send you an appropriate replacement case.

CHANGE OF MIND

We understand that you may receive a product, find out it's not really your thing and want to return it. So we do accept if you simply change you mind.

If you change your mind about a product we require that you

  • inform us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • the item is undamaged
  • return the item at your cost

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on items that

  • have activation codes
  • that were on special
  • opened PC games

We will require you to return change-of-mind items. Please see our conditions on returning goods on the bottom of this page.



RETURNING GOODS TO US

All faulty/damaged items, wrong items or in transit damage items require to be returned to Gaudi's Games n Goods via Auspost Registered Post only. In order to receive your return postage refund, a photocopy of postage receipt must be supplied to us. If any other method of postage is used other than what is state, we may refuse returns postage refund.

All change-of-mind items require to be returned to Gaudi's Games n Goods. Please bear in mind, we do not offer return postage refunds in these sort of instances.
